Build REALNYX in your country and earn the chance of exclusive representation.

REALNYX Master Partner status is not for sale. It is earned through real business results, activity and the ability to develop the REALNYX network in that market over the long term.

A holder of an active REALNYX Office, REALNYX Multi-Office or Representative licence with their own office may apply for Master Partner status. Candidacy does not apply to Agents or I ♥ REALNYX software.

New applicants first order a licence. The candidacy is sent with the order and the system confirms the purchase and the candidacy together. Existing licence holders only sign in.

REALNYX continuously evaluates network development, business activity and the results of each candidate. Exclusive representation is awarded to the partner who proves they can actually build and develop that market over the long term. The Franchisor approves the final Master Partner appointment.

You may also apply in a market where a Master Partner already operates. Master Partner status depends on meeting the set conditions over time and on actively developing the network.

A Master is not bought. You become a Master through results.

What happens after licence activation?

After registration is approved and payment is successful, the licence is activated. The system assigns the holder a unique REALNYX License ID, generates the licence certificate and opens the services that correspond to the purchased licence type.

AGENT
A personal REALNYX account for an independent real-estate professional. It provides access to the tools and system for the Agent licence, Global Catalogue and REALNYX Global Partner Network Marketing (GPNM).
OFFICE
A REALNYX account and system for a single real-estate office. It includes office and user management within the licence scope, a dedicated regional catalogue, and access to Global Catalogue and GPNM.
MULTI-OFFICE
An extended REALNYX account for a network of two or more offices. It enables central management of multiple offices, their users and catalogues, and includes access to Global Catalogue and GPNM.
REPRESENTATIVE
A partner licence without its own real-estate catalogue and CRM. The holder receives a partner account and access to REALNYX Global Partner Network Marketing (GPNM) to develop the network and manage partner activity.
I ♥ REALNYX
A software licence for real-estate offices that want to use REALNYX technology without joining the franchise model. After activation they receive access to their own REALNYX regional catalogue and its administration system within the purchased licence scope.

Access details and information about the activated licence are sent to the registered email after activation is complete.
