You create an account where the current licence prices are displayed. You choose the licence type that fits your needs, enter the basic details in the order and complete the payment. You then receive an order confirmation, an invoice and a licence certificate. When placing the order you choose whether you want to run your catalogue on one of the available REALNYX subdomains or on your own domain. If you do not yet have your own domain, you simply mark that you do not own one yet but want to run the catalogue on your own domain. You can add the domain later at any time in your account. Once the domain is available and correctly configured, we typically deploy the catalogue within 3 working days. We keep you informed by email, and you can also follow the current order status in your account.
You pay a price known in advance for the licence and transparently set fees for technology and marketing according to the licence type you choose. REALNYX does not take a percentage share of your real-estate commissions. Current prices for each licence are available in the licence catalogue after registration.
A REALNYX licence lets you operate under the REALNYX brand and, depending on the licence type, run an office or work as an agent within the network. You gain access to the technology platform, marketing materials, documentation and the GPNM partner programme. I ♥ REALNYX is for professionals who want to use REALNYX technology while keeping their own brand. The range of functions and CRM administration therefore differs according to the product you choose.
Real-estate experience is an advantage, but it is not the only way to join the REALNYX network. REALNYX also offers the Representative role — a commercial representative who helps grow the network, introduces the REALNYX concept to new professionals and can earn rewards through the partner programme.
Yes. Not only commercial representatives, but all REALNYX partners can take part in growing the network. For bringing in a new partner they can earn a reward through GPNM — Global Partner Network Marketing. The programme terms are the same according to the relevant role and type of referral. Expanding the network also creates more opportunities for cooperation between individual partners and offices.
Practically immediately after the licence is activated and the required setup is completed. Choose the licence that matches the way you want to work. If you do not need your own office, you can use a REALNYX Agent licence. If you want to act as a commercial representative and grow the REALNYX network, you can choose the Representative role. For a catalogue on your own domain, a short technical activation may be needed depending on the domain’s availability and configuration.
Every licensed office and every licensed agent receives their own licence certificate with a unique licence code. This code is used to verify the right to use the REALNYX brand and must be used in accordance with the licence and commercial terms. The franchisor can verify at any time whether a given licence is active and valid.
No. REALNYX does not take a share of real-estate commissions and does not control your turnover or closed deals. Commissions created by your independently owned office remain yours.
Every REALNYX office is independently owned and operated. REALNYX Franchise Systems does not provide real-estate services directly to consumers. All real-estate services are provided by the individual independently owned and operated offices.
