Terms & Conditions

REALNYX licences are offered only to companies and entrepreneurs.

A licence is valid for the agreed annual term and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal, subject to the signed licence agreement.

Each REALNYX office is independently owned and operated. REALNYX Franchise Systems does not provide real estate services directly to consumers.

The final commercial terms, territory, fees and included services are defined in the individual licence agreement.

Admission to the REALNYX Global Partner Network Marketing (GPNM) is automatic with every active licence. A partner ID, referral link, recorded commissions and payouts follow the programme rules. Rewards are paid only on actually paid Agent, Office or Multi-Office licences.
