MASTER partner terms

MASTER is not sold. It grows from an active Office, Multi-Office or Representative licence holder with their own office. The system scores results; the Franchisor approves the final appointment. Candidacy does not apply to Agents or I ♥ REALNYX software.

Exclusive country representation can be earned gradually from business results and the ability to develop the network. Occupied countries remain open for candidacy. If a MASTER significantly fails the conditions, they may be replaced.

New applicants first order an Office, Multi-Office or Representative licence. The candidacy is sent with the order and the system confirms the purchase and the candidacy together. Existing licence holders only sign in from their account. A Representative may apply only if they have their own office.

The applicant remains an ordinary licence holder with standard referral rewards. Candidacy itself does not create MASTER rewards or exclusivity.

The system scores applicants over the same window: paid sales, customer renewals, active referred partners, refunds and cancelled subscriptions. The number of free registrations is supplementary only. The system recommends a candidate to the administrator.

After the offer is accepted and the contract is signed, the administrator activates the MASTER: country, scope of representation, start date and further evaluation conditions. The system prevents two exclusive MASTERs for the same country and scope.

MASTER rewards start from the appointment date, with no retroactive top-up. Own customers: 30% in their first contract year, then 10% in total. Other eligible customers in the country: 5%. The territorial 5% is not added a second time on an own customer.

Appointment does not restart a customer’s first year. If an own customer is already renewing, the combined rate is 10%, not a new 30%. Territorial 5% after appointment does not include future payments of customers who already existed in the country. The MASTER sees only their own referred network, not earlier customers or someone else’s network.
